I still don't understand how that judge found any justification in reinstating, even for only a couple of weeks, Acosta's White House access.

It should be the President's final decision whom he allows in the White House and whom he does not.

I agree. I guess the standards or the bar for 'press corp' people has hit a new low. I would be tempted to rescind his judgeship (Kelly) after that pathetic move. Trump should just let it go and wait for Acosta to screw up again. You know it's only a matter of time. Acosta will get to the point where he is PO'd that his name and picture are not in the news. And he will do anything to include being a total A-hole in order to get there. Guy loves the limelight more than what he's being labeled as a putz.

The judge did it to subscribe to the rule of law, something the libs say we don't do. The judge made it clear to the libs, that Trump had no written policy for a reporter to fail to comply with. That is being worked on as we speak. As much as I despise Acosta, it's the 'law abiding' way to do it. Then in 14 days, when the temporary measure runs out, Trump can do it all over again. Also, remember, Trump said that if Acosta doesn't behave, he or his staff can just say "Thank you" and walk out. After a couple of those, the other reporters will gang up on Acosta and CNN. We say we believe in the rule of law and this proves it. If you would like to see how it will turn out, just follow this link and think Acosta and Bambi are one and the same. You'll love it!
