Try to understand. If 36% of the students in a school were circus monkeys, what do you think the grade point average would be?

I'm not saying Mexicans are stupid by that, I'm saying that their crime rate statistics are much higher than average Americans. So are their teen pregnancies, rapes of teenage girls, etc. When you have 36% of the population as Hispanic, what do YOU think that does to the overall statistics, compared to having perhaps 10% Hispanics? Okay? Now can you see why that would skew the results for the WHOLE state? Because IT DOES.

He did not state that the majority was Hispanic. His statement was 36%.
