It doesn't make sense that he would be a true Republican. How could any Republican think that doing something like this would help his party (and Trump) two weeks before the mid-terms?

Given what we know...that this guy was delusional enough to probably think Trump is the best president ever, in his head these bombs were the real deal, he's trying to figure out why they didn't work.
