Welcome to OPP. Are you saying that President Bush could have stopped this? Or are you saying he should have been in the building? Many things have happened throughout time that have taken lives. Are those presidents responsible too? Just a limited example:

I seem to recall he was somewhere in the west/Midwest elementary school at the time of the 9/11 disaster in NYC and when advised of all that was occurring in NYC and in the Air he remained in the school room. Just a point of information for you..

Well shame on him! He should have jumped up, screamed and shouted; run from the room and scared those kids to death in doing so! On second thought, he should have jumped up grabbed a nuke and gone after the buggers single handedly without know what was happening. Think a little before you start with that nonsense. He acted appropriately, he did not want to jump to conclusions, he did not want to unduly upset the children.....he needed intel before he could decide what to do!

What does Bush do in response???

1. He continues reading "My Pet Goat" to a group of elementary school children.

2. Immediately grants safe passage out of the U.S. to Saudi Arabian royals in America (remember Bin Laden was Saudi royalty). Anyone remember the photo of Bush kissing the Saudi prince?

3. Begins to plan the attack on Iraq, which is only logical since 17 OF THE 19 ATTACKERS WERE SAUDI ARABIANS. His invasion over non-existent weapons of mass destruction leads to over a million deaths and the irradiation of much of Iraq's environment, causing a 400% increase in cancer and birth deformities.

Bush is a war criminal who should stand trial at the International Court in the Netherlands, along with Dick Cheney and Donald Rumsfeld. We should have learned something from the "Judgment at Nuremburg".

Better than drawing an imaginary line and then saying someone else did.....

I am not a giddy happy person today, so I may tell you exactly what I think of you in general. So, in light of my foul mood and because you are an impossible person to talk with, I will not respond to your hate filled, jackass, moronic statements today.

All he had to do was say to the children, "Excuse me, I have some unexpected presidential business to attend " and quietly left with his aides. Instead the "is our children learning" president decided that reaction #1 should be finishing "My Pet Goat". Does anyone really believe that President Roosevelt, if he was reading the "Wizard of Oz" to children, when informed of the Pear Harbor attack, would have said to himself, reading this book is the most important thing I should be doing at this moment???

I know that you are old, so perhaps your nurse can read you a book. “Day of Deceit: The Truth about FDR and Pearl Harbor” by Robert B. Stinnett, there can be no denying the awful truth that FDR not only knew the Japanese were going to attack, but official documents prove FDR wanted them to strike America first.

Yes, President George Bush could have excused himself and gone on to take care of the crisis. Much like Obama could have attended to Benghazi instead of going campaigning.

We can play this stupid game of your pot is blacker than my skillet all day. But, you are going to have to play with your imbecilic moron buddies because I do not wish to be rude and condescending.

Ginny, you have already stated this twice. Hope you have a nice day and by sunset you are in a better mood. Maybe you should go play with your grandchildren.

I am assuming you have been following my post or discussions? You broad assumption was in an essence sarcasm by the suggestion of was bush suppose to be in the building could have he prevented it by what his staff has previously warned him about a few times? Do you think it was hot enough? What are you suggesting that the president's are just a figure head and basically just sit there and agrees with what his cabinet tells him to say think read wear...are you suggesting he is a puppet ..perhaps hard of hearing...levels of danger...the degree of hatred when they shout it out loud via communications that are being related...I am fairly positive that the taps were sharp n clear...I will say they are terrorist making terrorist threats and will make good on them...but who's to say? I remember something about a intern and Cheney...It's a good thing to have factual base documents, evidence for researching whatever the reason...just as a consumer who wants to be guided off in the wrong direction? No one in their sound mind...misleading, false, construed or put a 'spin' on the issue is not a good practice especially for election years its confusing enough...the media doesn't have to spin it like so but they like it like that ...it appears..
example: if your neighbor went out at night and burglarized houses while most people are asleep by midnight this neighbor sneeks away to do whatever their hearts desire...you don't know they live a second type lifestyle that involves that type of crime...You are a good neighbor ...you think...but the neighbor who has criminal issue doesn't really see you as good more like gullable and he is putting some of his stolen treasure stashed away in the big ole house you have..lots of room lots of space lots of hiding spots inside and out. When you learn of what has happened you are upset...did you give them a key to enter your home or he is just a career criminal that can easily access entrance...oh I could make different scenarios for different situations all day long but you get jest of it...I could go on and on with different stories but I do have things to take car of like 'hmmm I might need to fill that script today' or I finally found a vehicle real similar to what I helped purchase but I no longer have possession of...AH possession a good subject...possession .09 of the law. I took it change title its mine! works here...disagree...give case president

His invasion over non-existent weapons of mass destruction ??

As I remember, the dumacrats, all of the Clintons, Gore, Kerry, Pelosi and the rest of the crooked crowd were foaming at the mouth that Hussain had WMD.

And they all voted to give him the permission to go to war. All you left brained folks seem to forget that little issue.
