You are right and I was wrong. There was another phone program to help the poor get employed, but it was not funded by government. I think it was quite successful.

However, our constitution protects free speech no matter how damaging it is to American interests. Capitalism does and frequently has failed, right here in the U.S. when government and big business starts manipulating both supply and demand. Not too many years ago one could drive by the gasoline stations and find them lowering the price by a half-cent or more in order to get business. Now, I have a daughter-in-law who manages a truck stop, who has been instructed to drive by the other stations and record prices and then raise her's UP to that of the others. Somewhere along the line, we have forgotten how to "build the better (and cheaper) "mouse trap"----and now there are very few "mom and Pop" service stations, meat markets, grocery stores, restaurants, etc. It is time to find another "Teddy" Roosevelt with his "big stick" to dismantle the big businesses and monopolies.

How do you know? In the first place I said if man were not the corrupt beings they are now it would! You can't even answer my question about why Obama lied about the cause of Benghazi!
