Are you sure that nobody has been arrested yet? Do you have a contact at gitmo? There have been many that are not directly involved in harm ( murder, sex trafficking, child endangerment, etc.) That have turned evidence on others and more arrests are coming soon. The big one that started the backlash was masked as a funeral for a("national hero").

See if you can find any public records or a Military Intel officer with direct access to the operations for Gitmo, Good Luck.
