Personally, I don't have a smart phone, work at home. We pay for four phones already and I have a landline. I don't like the idea of " it " knowing where I am, nor do I wish to walk around with my eyes glued to a screen. I have a tablet, stays on my kitchen table. So I knew nothing about this till during a coffee break, saw it on my instagram. The left seems to be up in arms about the whole thing, we've invited these tracking devices into our lives . Were I to have a phone, I would have no problem with Trump knowing where I was, dont feel a sinister threat as I did with Obama.

Yes, that is a built in capability which fortunately doesn't bother me. Whoever tracks my location will find I never leave my desk, not even to use the bathroom. It sits there and comes in handy when I need a Calculator or want to take a picture. It hasn't improved my communications one bit. In reality, POTS (Plain Old Telephone Service) was all I need or want.
When I charged my phone there was no indication that Trump had contacted me. I do get alerts for missing or kidnapped children so I would probably have gotten the alert if the phone was charged.
