This article reminded me that the Left Leaners will never stop using abortion as their number One idea about judges. In this one they say that his change of mind concerning the fact that Roe v. Wade is "settled law". It is just that to them but there is nothing in the Constitution that allows the Supreme Court justices to legislate although the Left has been very sure that they can do that. My problem here is that they will continue to be against any judge who doesn't agree with abortion. It is important that our SC justices understand the Constitution and I am not sure most of those who were good Left Leaners before their appointment (Kagan, Sotomayor, and the old sleeper) agree about bench legislated law. I am sure they consider Roe v. Wade to be settled law and it is no kind of law.

I enjoyed reading this one, and am sure not one Leaner read much of it.

... not the Destruction of it.
SC has not the right to legislate abortion on demand as law.
Seems that's why we hear left leaners so frequently say the Constitution is a "living and breathing document". just another way of fundamentally changing and contravening what true interpretation of our Constitution is as the founding fathers intended.

I am about to give U insight as to how lawyers argue cases before the courts. In cases whee no president is in place Lawyers go to the minutes of the arguments before the congress, or other legislative bodies and they read the arguments of the legislative bodies. This is where the intent of a law is found. For the past 100 years the SCOTUS has made law as Democrats desire. With these liberal judges, the Constitution, is to be ignored. During Roosevelt's term the SCOTUS was not in favor of Roosevent's new deal. Their opinion was that it was un-Constitutional. Roosevelt got his way by threatening the court that he would expand the court to 18 justices. Nine new ones, thereby, stacking the court with liberal justices. They caved into his Hitler Tactics. I want to note that Liberalism started with Woody Wilson; the same WW that told the American people it was ok to pass the income tax because it would only affect 1/2 of 1/2% of all Americans. We know that was a lie. 99% of all Americans and 100% of illegals know nothing about policies and politics. They believe what their liberal lying masters tell them. Bad Bob is one of those sheeples noted in the aforementioned.
