Yeah, Ford's involvement in this does matter, it matters a hell of a lot. Up until Feinstein orchestrated this sham, against Ford's wishes may I add, democrats on the SJC were desperately trying to find dirt on Kavanaugh. Then up pops the democrats favorite victim, an abused woman. Hot damn, they finally finally found the knife with which to cut Kavanaugh's balls off. SJC dems focused all the negative energy they could muster, to the exclusion of everything else, in their efforts to push the allegation of sexual assault to the max. This accusation brought a trickle of additional accusers and unleashed a flood of women vouching for Kavanaugh. Damn near two weeks the SJC dems ran with this, culminating in finally getting the reluctant first accuser to step onto the stage.
And there she was on the hot seat, at once a timid, frightened 14 year old girl, at once a defiant middle aged adult telling a story to a 25 year veteran prosecutor of sexual assaults. Within 24 hours, with the prosecutor's conclusions, the sex assault ploy began to fall apart, and now those charges have collapsed completely. Oops, Uh oh, and WTF just happened? The SJC dems sat there with a truckload of egg on their faces screaming for the FBI. They needed another approach, Kavanaugh gave his opening statement, and there it was.
Without compassion, without conscience, without any sense of decency or self-respect, without placing any value on human life, without any concern whatsoever for what they were doing, the SJC dems did what they always do, they politicized. They, and their sycophant media, psychoanalyzed the man they are attempting to destroy. They twisted everything Kavanaugh has said and done into a political weapon against him. This egregious ideologically driven campaign against a decent man is, in the best philosophies of human behavior, demonic.
In truth, Brett Kavanaugh has a fine record as an appellate court judge, in fourteen cases he presented to the SC, the court overturned only one.
If Kavanaugh is confirmed to the SCOTUS bench, the world will still turn, the sun will rise and set, life will go on, and the democrats will continue their campaign to fundamentally transform America.
If Kavanaugh loses this seat, he will have every right and legal standing to file civil lawsuits for slander, defamation, and character assassination, not to mention the threats to his family, against every member of the SJC who attacked him.
