These are a few undeniable truths about the Democrats pushing for an FBI investigation before the vote on Kavanaugh:

1. If that was their intention they would not have sat on the information for about two months before releasing it at the last minute leaving no time for an investigation before the vote.

2. The investigation has nothing to do with their vote. They have always intended to vote against him and even a complete clearance by the FBI would not change that.

3. If the FBI cleared him they would not accept the results but would claim the process was unfair or that Trump had directed the FBI to clear him.

4. The FBI is just another charade whose intention is to stop Kavanaugh using any means possible while masking it in good intentions. Straight out of the Saul Alinsky's "Rules For Radicals."

If they get Judge to testify to the FBI, they'll buy ANOTHER accuser as that is winding up, and then they'll want ANOTHER FBI investigation, and another, and another...they have DEEP pockets.

One thing the FBI could do, is attempt to scan the finances of the accuser and DNC, Hillary, Soros, etc. Problem is, they may be smart enough to make only promises not payments.

Actually, this FBI investigation farce could play out in the Republicans favour. Remember, the NSA has a record of all phone calls, texts and emails for everyone in the US since the Patriot Act passed after 9/11. We learned this from Snowdon. So there is information available about all communications between these co-conspirators since that system was set up. It just takes a court order to unlock specific items from specific people.

How much irony would there be in presenting Ford’€™s testimony and the events surrounding this s_itshow in an application for court order to access those records? Or in a FISA application to record the conversations of these participants? Who knows, bugs may aready be in place collecting conversations in a blanket surveillance of these perps.

One has to think someone has been on the ball in this situation, and a few steps ahead of the spoilers.

As Grassley was clear on, he has no control over the next steps in the House, but neither the Senate nor the House will be in control of the scope of the FBI’€™s investigation. That will be the President’€™s call. Now what circumstances and potential crimes do you think HE will be interested in?

The beautiful thing is that an investigation as per above, if ordered by the President before this horror show, could have been potentially played by the Dems as obstruction and spying on the opposition. This way he is just giving the Dems what they asked for (play on words intentional).
