I appreciate that. I also agree that there are entirely too many hypocrites who use religion to shield their bigotry. My dad used to say "All generalities are false; including this one.

The second part of your statement is very true. You really need to be able to see the wolf under the sheepskin.
The "Peacemakers" were initially deployed to protect the black witnesses, in voter rights cases, being persecuted by the KKK. Under the Obama-Holder incarnation of the DOJ, they are now being used to incite racial tension. Not to prevent it.

I am stuck for words. I suggest you read the newspapers in your own community. Each time a black is harmed in any fashion, check the police report and you will see the notation that it is being investigated as a hate crime. Do a net search, notice that when a report does not specify the race of the individual and when it says "white" suspects.... Google "crimes" and you will get a list similar to this:

And St. Patrick's Day, Cinco de Mayo, Koskiosko, in NY there is a Puerto Rican Day Parade, 10-10 (Chinese) and, of course MLK Day. Ass possibilities for riots if desired, depending on who one "hates."
