I hold to certain principles that my heart opposes: do you?

My best example of this is Islam. My principle is that the First Amendment makes room for the free expression of this faith. My heart despises how that faith treats women. I am at an impasse on this issue. My respect for and awe at our Bill of Rights, the bedrock of Liberty, will not allow me to attack or condemn Islam though my heart wants to argue it is just some backward, vicious cult that should not be recognized or tolerated as a religious faith. Have you any such conflicts of conscience?

Yes... conflict of conscience over the jihad of radical islam muslims vs. Dr. Zudi Jassar's reform practice of Islam

Take a look at Mark Levin's episode - interview with the Dr. on Life Liberty & Levin.

I really don't see Islam as a faith so much as a theocracy. A religion can live within secular laws. A theocracy cannot.

I have trouble with ones saying they honor and respect the Constitution with it's Bill of Rights but want to ban the Second Amendment.

Spot on! Islam is a theocracy, and IMO cannot be classified as a religion.

theocracy
noun uk  /θiˈɒk.rə.si/ us  /θiˈɑː.krə.si/

[ C ] a country that is ruled by religious leaders
[ U ] government by religious leaders

No confusion with me.

Exactly, the lefty socialist democrats want to pick and choose which, in The Bill of Rights they want adhered to. We can thank God they are in the minority with their incessant whining. There are jut too many freedom loving patriotic Americans that will never let the 2nd Amendment fall.

Read Dr. Marcus Garvey Jr. (The Arab Slave Trade) From part of his research--Slave trade lasted in the Americas for 3 centries Arab slave trade has lasted 14 centuries and still continues in some areas of the Muslim world. In North Africa (Mauritania) half a million people enslave 20%of the population they are not allowed to own property are not allowed to have a last name and are not allowed to have custody of their own children. Areas that continue in the slave trade are Libya/Sudan/ Niger there are more that's just a few. This is not taught in schools because it does not suit the liberal agenda. Cannt make money if the black community isnt pissed off ! Like I said kevy educate your self before you shoot your mouth off.
