Things are about to change. it's all about the timing. There are a lot of people " missing " right now. Someone asked why Obama is traveling. He's trying to salvage as much of the "lost funds" as he can keep in his hands and going to escape before Trump uses O's executive order to get the already unredacted FBI's file that has the evidence of collusion between Russia and Hillary and proof that the FBI,CIA,DOJ have been covering for the DSP. Obama took the compilations of people who surrounded him. It might behoove you to search the people he surrounded himself with, who mentored him, who molded him.
