Proud American...it’s very disheartening to hear all of you wonderful “proud Republicans” making your judgement of this human not knowing any of the facts. My mind hasn’t deteriorated to the fact that I wouldn’t have remembered such a horrible act. I believe the problem can be attributed to the fact you all watched way too much Fox News.

excuse me, but you people were making judgement on Judge Kavanaugh from the get go....She waited for 36 years to spring this accusation on a man with impeccable reputation...Why did she wait for so long???Why do this at the 11th hour...One week before voting???.....4days of pure hell from your side, hours and hours of interviews, close to million of documents...And nowhere NOWHERE that accusation came up!!!!.....She needs to come on Monday and testify in open setting or close setting...Either way testify or SHUT UP!!!..Stop ruining man's reputation...And before you say what a judgmental man i am...Let me just tell you..Im a woman..and i have been assaulted twice in my lifetime....And i remember every single detail even though the first one happened when i was 10 years old..and the second one when i was 15years old!!!....So to her i say put up or shut up!!!

Yes I realize 36 years was a long time ago...but the judge wasn’t nominated for the supreme court 36 years ago. Realizing the importance of this position I believe it is necessary that the FBI do a true investigation into this man’s character, then allow a full review of this information that was obtained while interviewing his accuser. Hopefully, nothing goes wrong with his nomination and he is seated...however, we surely don’t need another judge Thomas hung around our collective necks.

Judge was vetted 6 times by FBI.....They found NOTHING in his past.....One drunk teenager, one wild party 36 years ago and you want to ruin man's life on that alone???....If she was such a victim,she should of come out as soon as she found out that Judge Kavanaugh was nominated for the Supreme Court! She would of been more believable!!! But NO!!!She held out until 1 week before the votes!!!Its all political BS and everybody knows it!!!

You mean we don't need to try and scuttle another SCOTUS Justice based on the unsupported claims of a "professor" whose students can't stand her because they think she's nuts?

You have a valid point...but as we are now seeing...even by your comments towards her, life can get quite ugly for both parties involved. We should not be afraid of the “he said...she said” outcome that a (you words) 6th interview had. It may take a 7th interview with an eye towards the topic at hand. I personally don’t want a Supreme Court Judge with this hanging over his head. As previously stated,we don’t need a nother Judge Thomas on the court.
On another topic...we must get away from all this tribalism and get government working for all of us, hate never brings solutions worth a darn.

She did write her letter to her Congressperson long before Judge Kavanaugh was nominated and before he was even on the short list. But it doesn't prove anything. Just setting the record straight.

The article about her students was result of a mistake by the author who accidentally referenced "Rate My Professor" for a Professor Ford (same name) at CSU Fullerton. So yes, it is an unsupported claim.

Personal feeling aside, Judge Thomas has been an excellent Judge and we could use more like him to return our Republic to the Constitution Principle on which it was founded.

A totally unsubstantiated accusation from a woman who admits she was drunk and whoever her assailant might be was in the same condition and you think this is "hanging over his head". I would venture to say that no one alive doesn't have some episode in their past that would reflect badly if known. It isn't who he has been for more than thirty years. Try picking apart his judicial decisions and see if he is qualified, because this accusation is so remote that no credence whatever should be taken.
