I would think that most Americans would behave that same as they do every day. People behave the way they do because they believe it is the way to behave not because of legality or lack there of. Although I think you would see a lot of people taking to the road to see how fast their cars could go. What would you do? Settle a score with a brother in law by burning down his garage, perhaps you would shoot your neighbors dog that barks at night and craps in your yard.

I'm reminded of when WWII was winding down and the Russian army was set loose in the cities of Germany. Looting, rape, most anything that can be imagined took place.
