Violations of the Fourth Amendment have been happening since 1974 every day. With the real stupid saying I have nothing to hide so search away. Cops were looking for a guy staying at my house. I told the cops "wait here and I'll see if he is here" I walked into my house, down the hall then back to say he wasn't here. The two cops were standing in my front room. They arrested my friend and I called them everything but whitemen. I called their watch commander and filed a complaint. What happened? Nothing but a well done for these two cops. On the plus side these were Phoenix Cops and the corruption runs deep within their department all the way to the top. Not only corrupt but stupid.

I had an AK-47 ripped off in a break in It was recovered in a drug raid. Law says it will remain in police property 6 months after the criminal's trial is over in case the trial is appealed. It took me 18 months to get the weapon back. To get it back I had to make a call to Glendale PD that gave me a phone number to call. I have no idea who I called but at 7 am the next day phoenix pd told me they had been busy I said for a year? They told me I could pick up the weapon. 1. Two days after they found it these stupid cops tried to search my house. When they handed me the AK it was a piece of rust with the bolt held open with a zip tie, It had 2 tags on it when it was handed to me. One had the address of where the gun was found the other said SKS Assault Rifle with mag. I asked where the 30 round mag worth about 10 dollars was. Stupid shrugged meaning some low life cop ripped of a $10 mag

You would think even a stupid cop could tell the difference between an SKS and an AK. but you don't know Phoenix Cops You would think a stupid cop would pull a tag off the weapon giving me the address for some real good pay back. One PPD cop got caught one Christmas stealing from Toys for Tots giving them to his kids on Christmas. He is still on the force with some judge taking his word over the ones he arrest. One of the higher ups son got caught molesting a young girl and also got busted for putting peanut butter on his member and having dogs lick it off. One sick sob He was charged with the crimes but some how there was never a trial. So when cops including the FBI are stupid criminals don't expect then to honor your Fourth Amendment or even know what it is.
