Grand standing anyone? When democrats don't get their way they change the subject.

Democrats are making an issue of Congressman Issa cutting off the mike of Congressman Cummings. Does anyone believe that Cummings merely wished to ask a question? I saw the video clip and it was clear that Congressman Cummings was about to do more than ask a question.

I have not seen every minute of every hearing the committee has convened, but what I have seen from Cummings is his opposition to the committee moving forward on getting to the bottom of the Obama IRS scandal.

Sorry, I should look at what you have to say but the facts about Issa makes him as creepy and evil as Cheney.

How about a little clarity to your statement? What do you find creepy? Just because somebody wants the truth?

Congressman Cummings did his job. He is excellent. He managed to take the focus of attention away from the IRS and Lois Lerner and make it a racial controversy between himself and the Chairman.

You have to recognize talent when it appears.

Democrat politicians own the gold cup for stupidity and absurdity, for ridiculous policy and law, for lying and for corruption. Ask anyone with a brain and they'll tell you the same thing.

I watched that clip 3 or 4 times, couldn't believe what I was hearing. Thought Cummings was gonna bust a vein.

I'm not arguing with your statement but my question is why has the Speaker of the House not formed a select committee?
Not only for the IRS but for Benghazi. Given that Beohner (not sure if that spelling is correct) has his issues with the Tea Party, is he turning a blind eye?

It isn't because of stupidity. It's one of two reasons: he is either too chicken to do so for whatever reason OR he is in on the scam. If anyone has a better idea, I'd like to hear it.

As to the RNC opposing the TEA Party, it is sheer panic. The TEA Party is getting more attention than the RNC, is finding good candidates, and the RNC wants to handpick their own candidates, the TEA Party is seen as a threat - to both the DNC AND the RNC because it appeals to more people than either of the two major parties. The PTB cannot stop the TEA Party any way but to injure it so badly it cannot continue. They've tried that and failed, and that is the most wonderful news anyone has to report - because both the DNC and the RNC do not represent the people but only themselves while the TEA Party represents the people and the US Constitution.

I have a feeling Daryl Issa knows Cummings better than any of us do.... but it was typical of a black man to show his anger... they're all good at that...

I believe you are correct, both know the other and know what buttons to push to get reactions.
