Actually Tom; If you read the constitution you will find some very important restrictions on "Free Speech" -- Here let me help you out just a little bit.
Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.While there are important words like "
make no law, establishment, and press" equally important is
"peaceably to assemble" More of our citizens should pay better attention to the wording (and the words of the 2nd amendment) before running their mouths as if they were experts on the intent of them.
Example: To riot (or promote it) while claiming the right, under the 1st is ignorant at best -- criminal in practice.

There is responsibility that comes with free speech. Glad I live in the country. I don't believe in trouble makers and believe in live and let live. I see your point more clearly now.
