Chipped Beef Dip
Ingredients
1 pkg Cream Cheese, softened
3 oz. dried beef
2 green onions chopped
1/4 TSP. Onion powder
1 TSP. Garlic Powder
1 TBS. Worcestershire Sauce
Instructions
1 Soak the beef in water for ten minutes then dry thoroughly with paper towels. If you skip this step, your recipe will be very salty!**
2 Combine ingredients in a medium serving bowl and chill for 2 hours before serving.
**I have never soaked my dried beef. There is low sodium dried beef available to cut the salt.
