dunno how she always has some item on the shopping list
that neither I,a store clerk nor the store manager can find
Also she has to have certain name brands
for instance taco seasoning
I got HEB's taco seasoning 37 cents a package
WRONG!!!
now I gotta go back to store
burn another galllon of 250 gas
stand in line at the return center for thirty minutes
all for a 37 cent package of taco seasoning
it ain't easy being a loving husband

If UncleE brings me one more ”try this lemonade”, as opposed to my preference, he is going to be tried with a cast iron frying pan alongside his skull.

Since my wife's health took a turn for the worse, she couldn't make the shopping trips with me. She makes out the list of what we need and I buy everything on her list. Heaven help me if I return without something, but I also get done in a fraction of the time and spend less money because I don't add to the list as I go. I still miss shopping with her. Hopefully in a few months, she'll be up to taking some short trips to the store.

The McCormick brand does have a prettier package. Other than that, I can't tell any difference. But we must have McCormick.

And water ain't water. We had that discussion yesterday over a case of bottled water. A case of 32 cost the same as a case of 24 of another brand.
Leaving out all of the blood, guts, and dramatics, I'm proud to say that we came home with 32 bottles of water.

My question is was the case of 24 higher in alkaline? The higher the alkaline content of the water the better it is for your body. Your 32 may not be as healthy as the 24 may be. So take that!

Well, me being me, I ran off, and left my test strip at home. So, I can't answer your question.

My knowledge about alkaline in water comes by way of an eleven year old. Her science project, judged by the North State Science Department, received an award, and was on alkaline in water. Fortunately, or unfortunately, my favorite water is high in alkaline; however, is not inexpensive.

PS: I am not mean but informative for your own good.
