Trump Wants Illegal Immigrants Who 'Invade' US Sent Immediately Back Home

President Trump on Sunday called for illegal immigrants who “invade” the U.S. to be sent “back from where they came” from without due process for deportation cases.

“We cannot allow all of these people to invade our Country. When somebody comes in, we must immediately, with no Judges or Court Cases, bring them back from where they came. Our system is a mockery to good immigration policy and Law and Order,” he tweeted. “Most children come without parents…”

“Our Immigration policy, laughed at all over the world, is very unfair to all of those people who have gone through the system legally and are waiting on line for years! Immigration must be based on merit - we need people who will help to Make America Great Again!” he added.

The president's suggestion was quickly criticized by groups like the ACLU, which said what he was calling for was illegal.

“What President Trump has suggested here is both illegal and unconstitutional,” Omar Jadwat, director of the ACLU’s Immigrants’ Rights Project, told the AP. “Any official who has sworn an oath to uphold the Constitution and laws should disavow it unequivocally.”

The House is expected to vote on immigration legislation this week, but Trump has signaled the lawmakers are "wasting their time."

"Republicans should stop wasting their time on Immigration until after we elect more Senators and Congressmen/women in November. Dems are just playing games, have no intention of doing anything to solves this decades old problem. We can pass great legislation after the Red Wave!" he wrote on Twitter Friday.

I always thought it was insane to give illegal immigrants due process. Why do they deserve that???? I believe in the policy of turning their little a$$es around and go back from whence you came!!! They don't let them in at airports, so why are they allowed at the border?

And turning them back without spending our money on courts/judges/lawyers/detention etc, is exactly what SHOULD be done, what any sensible nation would do. I am so sick of hearing America is a nation of immigrants. Immigrants were necessary, needed and welcome during our building and developing years. We are long past those years and those needs. Today, we have over 300 million people and have no real need for immigrants. We ought to be doing what is best for our nation, it's future and our people instead of always looking out for what the citizens of other nations want. A few immigrants annually (less than 20,000) would be okay as long as they are educated, skilled, financially solvent, English proficient, trained/prepared for work other than blue collar, are not Muslim or Mexican or Central American or Somalia AND if we have changed our own ways and demand total assimilation within 5 years to remain here or apply for citizenship. BUT. First we simply must close our southern border and END the influx of illegals/refugees/asylees and drugs no matter what it takes to do so. Then, we must insist on ALL foreign illegals in our nation to return to their countries voluntarily with their assets or deportation with nothing. There are many changes our nation desperately needs to make, and make them into laws so they cannot be easily ignored or changed.

The only time/way they should have due process is if they commit a crime requiring prison, then our legal process requires they be represented by a lawyer. But other than that, nothing. In the USA, our rights, benefits and privileges of American citizens were created by American citizens FOR American citizens. No one else SHOULD have rights like voting, working in government/sensitive posts, serving in military, working in our schools K-12 or university, working in law enforcement, etc. Non-citizens should never have access to citizen benefits like welfare services, Medicaid, tax refunds, official US identification other than green card, Social Security/Medicare, free health/nedical care, free education, etc.
