Penny Lynn is correct. The Korean Gen saluted Trump; he returned it. Saluting is a courtesy. When I was in Nav Trng at Harlengen, we all had to salute those other officers who wore wings...even if we outranked them. Believe those who have served know what I'm referring to. Those that have not...not so much....
