But their association goes back years as Manafort is a long time associate of Roger Stone going back to the 1970's. Stone is a long time Republican hit man going back to Watergate and Richard Nixon Stone and Manafort were partners in a lobbying firm that offered access to the Reagan administration for money

The guy is a crook who hires crooks he is running his business out of the oval office. I said from the beginning the only reason he ran was there had to be a big pay off some where he simply doesn't do anything unless there is the prospect of a big pay off somewhere. Recent disclosers show Jared and Ivanka Kushner made $82 million in Trumps first year in office. They all claim they are not taking government pay. So what ! government pay is peanuts compared to the big money

I would surmise that stupidity is on the conservative side. Conservatives have always been on the wrong side of history There is only one reason why Donald Trump is still president. Donald Trump has his finger on the nuclear trigger today solely because Republicans who control and dominate both houses of Congress will not impeach him. It’s that simple. Though we’re a year into the Trump presidency, our democratic institutions and the checks and balances of an independent judiciary and press are under siege. Our electoral systems are under attack and our human rights are being targeted. Our democratic institutions are being reshaped by a president elected with 46 percent of the vote empowered by a two-seat Senate majority and (currently) a 46-seat House majority. It’s unclear how much damage they’ll do to our environment, human rights, and democracy before they fall. But already, the country doesn’t look the same.

There’s a name for politicians who sell out their country. They’re called “Quislings.” Etymologically, it’s relatively young term, originating in Nazi-occupied Norway, where a Norwegian collaborator named Vidkun Quisling administered an occupation government for the Nazis before finally being executed in 1945. Republican collaborators who prefer the criminal presidency of Donald Trump over the rule of law are Quislings. Perhaps one day, when we’re finally digging out of the mess we’re now digging ourselves into, we’ll look back on them as Trumplings, and history will not be kind to their legacy. I anticipate this regime won’t have staying power, so this day of reckoning might come sooner than people think.

Nick, Sounds like you're talking about the Clinton Foundation. Less than 1% of the money that goes into the Clinton Foundation actually makes it to the charities thay claim to support. Almost ALL of the money goes to payroll. And when Bill was POUS, and Haiti had a terrib;e earth quake, the Clinton's got several million dollars in contributions for relief for Haiti. The Haittin people didn't actually get the relief money, businesses owned by friends of the Clintons got the Haittian relief money. When Hillary was running for office, she tried to fool the low and Middle Income people ito thinking she was one of them. She said that when she and Bill left the White House they were broke, not just broke, but in deep dept because of Bill's legal bills that were a result of all those women who claimed that Bill had raped them.Those poor, indebted souls, some how own a few multi-million dollar mansions.The Left want the people to suffer so Trump won't get re-elected.Bill Mayer recently said what the Lib big wigs are thinking. He said that he hopes the country goes into a really bad recession so Trump won't get re-elected. Agree wholeheartedly! I just hope they keep it up. Hilary lost because she was a stupid candidate. She goes into W. Penn and tells coal miners she's gonna put them outta work and close down their mines. Not only in Pa, but wasn't anyone astute enough in her campaign to tell her that beneath the topsoil, coal mines bleed over into E. Ohio? Honestly...as a political candidate how stupid can you be? Then she calls all those that support Trump "deplorables!" Just this week on Morning Joe, Scarborough called those that still support the Donald "plain stupid!" And now we find out some gink in the FBI in an e-mail claimed Trump people were "POS!" Just keep it up, boys! You reap what you sow! I suspect that after the coming mid-terms, D'Alesandro and Shumer will write a joint opus entitled, "What Happened II!"
