Of course you mean that a passerby with a firearm might have disarmed the woman before she possibly had battered her way into the School Bus and killed a child ? My question is why is this only disorderly conduct? I mean, think of it. What if she had been able to enter the bus before police had arrived ? I realize that she was in fear for her child being injured and that was extenuating circumstances, but her actions were out of control.
