Your opinion and facts from the US government appear to be at odds.

You might want to check with Mueller. His is your main antagonist, and he said differently. So, you are full of crap, like all your libtards.

“He? Who’s “he?” Mueller? And you heard that from where? What’s your source? All Mueller has said, publicly, is that Trumpet is not the “...‘target’ of an investigation.” That doesn’t mean Mueller doesn’t think ?Trumpet is guilty of obstruction of justice.

It is unimportant what Mueller or anyone believes, what matter is what can be proven.

Speaking of a basic understanding of criminal law; a grand jury, especially on the Federal level, can and probably has indicted Goldilocks for eating the porridge. Grand juries meet in secret, there is a great deal of "fixing" in how they are chosen. Grand juries bring indictments if they feel the evidence warrants it, and do not have to be unamimous. Grand juries have produced indictments on the flimsiest of evidence, and failed to produce indictments in spite of huge amounts of evidence. The Grand Jury system on the Federal level is a political circus.
A grand jury involving Mueller and his posse of political prostitutes would indict Mother Teresa should Mueller wish it so.

Loki,

I understand your comment about the Grand Juries. True, there have been a few that have indicted where none was required. However, those occurrences are “far and in-between.” How about the hundreds of thousands of grand juries that have done an excellent job of bringing indictments where they were appropriate? I say, give Mueller all the time he needs. After all, the Benghazi investigations took 2½ years. The Clinton email investigation took 1½ and the GOPTPers want it re-opened.

I realize, too, we’re polar opposites, politically. But, when shown the evidence that’s been gathered (we haven’t seen a large part of it), plus the guilty pleas and the trials that have found people, within Trumpet’s inner-circle, guilty of crimes associated to Mueller’s investigation, it’s not hard to discern Trumpet’s impending fall. Unless, he tries to pull some constitutional gymnastics about him not having to be called to testify before the Grand Jury and wins the argument.

In that case, Trumpet will have, literally, set himself, and all future presidents, ABOVE the law. He’ll have NIL to ZERO restrictions to his power, specially with the feckless bunch of career politicians, in Congress, who’ve decided its more favorable to their livelihoods to yield to Trumpet’s demands. By that, we will become a dictatorship. Trumpet will have the unfettered ability to go after anyone and everyone he finds to his disliking, for whatever reason, no matter what. So much for the GOPTP postition on “the Rule of Law,” and their claim of “following the Constitution.”

Just saying ....

NOT!!

kankune,
Yes, I have been saying that for over a year. The investigation is still on-going and more evidence is collected every day. Trump’s only trump-card is his pardoning ability for federal crimes. I’m sure his recent actions are to be seen as a clear message to those whom Mueller is talking to. Trumpet is telling them they needn’t talk to Mueller since he (Trumpet) has the ability to pardon them for their “sins.”

Tell me, if this were Clinton doing the pardoning, as president, regarding an ongoing federal investigation into her team’s campaign, where possible charges of collusion with foreign nationals who’s home countries are hostile to the US, would you not be crying, “Foul?!” “Obstruction?!” “Lock her up?!” You know you would. And, in that case, I’d have to agree with you.

You are so far ahead of yourself it isn't funny. I don't think you have any proof of any wrong doing. One pundit on TV used to say "We don't deal in hypostheticals"...and that's what I think you are doing.

Not exactly.. Citizens came in 2010 under Obama ...They mouth pieced the legislation claiming objection but didn’t do one thing about it..

None, nada, haven’t had a single formal hearing, much less an up-or-down vote in either the U.S. House or Senate...

TheDemocrats are also hindered by their party’s own recent history....When they had opportunities during President Barack Obama’s first two years in office to significantly alter the American campaign finance structure through legislation, they didn’t... Could have, but didn’t.. Words are cheap, action defines and their action was??????

Say what you want Democrats are following Republicans’ lead by raising millions of dollars in so-called “dark money” contributions, the origins of which are largely untraceable and not bitchen about it at all... Super Pacs, some of the worst to be have found a new home in their “ candidates “and none of those candidates or either party are complaining...

As Loki points out more money was “raised for Bo and Hills than the Republicans raised and just how many of them did Trump have “ in spending”???

You do know “donations” are still regulated its the spending that Citizens United addressed and gave away the farm on..

I don’t believe in or supportt United, its a racket made legal by the worst decision the Supreme court decided..

We’re seeing the consequences of a“democracy” that is driven by the checkbooks of a few rather than the voices of the many !!!

alabuck; Have you followed the collusion of Obama's Deep State? That swamp is still being drained.
Trump is being slowed down, but he is still getting a lot done that has the Democrats pooping their shorts.

Good reply LJ... but you & the old wise one seem to forget Trump rode the tea party wave started by Koch & implemented by Ryan...take our Country back & make America great again, some big money spent there .. after the crash anyone on the Democratic ticket would have won in 08 even Bullwinkle the Moose... 2010 was just another nail in the coffin for our Democratic voting system assuring the next presidential candidate was bought & paid for by the elite... Charles Koch is very patient & very smart King of an empire & Paul Ryan a very loyal subject... Ryan, the tea party hero is now retiring or running from the heat coming down on Trump...he is Koch's back up plan for 2020... we are rapidly shifting into Authoritarianism from Democratic principals under Trump exactly how Koch beat the Supreme court with Citizens United ... this can only be achieved from a split electorate & the funding that drives tea party propaganda... Charles Koch has been screwing with our elections since 1980... Research what Trump has provided Koch from day one in office & connect the dots...
