Rosenstien was supposed to write down what crime may have been committed in authorizing the special council...he didn't! He had to scurry back and reauthorized it to look for a crime which he wouldn't release..some with top clearances my have now seen it.
What troubles me is Roses statement about why he doesn't want to release documents that the oversize committees absolutely has a right to see because they have the same secret clearancances he has.......was revealing them might result in a great loss of human life?????Seems no one in the press wants to talk about that quote?! What could be so bad that would result in that? It would take something very great to be discoveredand released. Only thing I could come up with, well two...treason or revealing agents in the field but he said " great loss of human life, as in numbers....?

Fact: NONE of the e-mails were proven to be confidential AT THE TIME they were in her possession. Every confidential item was made confidential DURING the investigation.
Fact" If ANY of the e-mails were proven to be confidential at the time she was handling them, there would have been a case against her, but there wasn't.
Fact: She didn't "shred" 33,000 emails... The witch hunters were counting every e-mail that came and left the server including her junk mail - I delete hundreds of junk e-mail messages every few days. So should everyone else, including the Secretary of State.
