Should we add a "Presidential Vote of Confidence" to mid-term election ballots?

Since there is (at present) no Constitutional provision for such a vote, the results would be non-binding.

What do you think, yea or nay ? What do you think the results of such a "poll" would be this year?

Would such an option draw more voters to mid-term elections?

Only if every elected position is subject to the same proviso with the means for recall established by law and available to the people, not specialists or legal industry practitioners. Make it a national recall so idiots like Pelosi, Waters and Harry Reid, when he was in power, are not protected by a narrow constituency.
