Weird but interesting....As many times as seen this over the years, I still think 55% is poppy-cock - unless you are counting people as young 1 year old and all those around us that can't read English. I have never known anyone [who reads English] that couldn't read it.

As a conservative Democrat (I know - oxymoron) I found I could read that faster than most of us can read if all the words are spelled correctly. Because when the words are spelled correctly, I find myself slowing down to see if there are an misspelled words, whereas when I don't care about spelling I employ my speed-reading skills and look at a line at a time, rather than each word separately.
