There is less than 17% black population or There are fewer than 17% of the population who are black. As far as Muslim population, according to Spencer and Warner, both of whom are experts, the tipping point is between 8% and 10% when the power structure changes, but the change begins at about 5%.

France is one of the most terrorized country in Europe. ISIS is very powerful there.
Just today, I saw on the news a new terrorist attack. That country has been attacked several times since 2015.
Series of attacks and several hundreds of people now have died as a result.

Ive been to France,AND,with the exception of PARIS,France SUCKS,I spent 6 weeks in Paris,just before I was discharged from the US Army in 1962,Loved it,In fact,I loved Paris so much,a month after I got home,to Florida,I took my late wife to Paris,We stayed 6 weeks,(stayed on Rue De Mcmahon)( 1 dollar extra,a day,if you wanted to take a bath) Paris was a great place,At the base of the Eiffel tower,There was a large sign " monsieur,beware of the pickpockets" (true) There was /were a LARGE MOSLIME encapement,just besides the Moulin Rouge nite club,at the top of Place de Pigalle (pig alley) the rest of France.was a F-----g nightmare,there were plenty of places,that hadnt been rebuilt since the end of WW2.De gaulle,was a no good bastard,AFTER,America liberated France,With NO help from de gaulle,he kicked all the American troops out of France,I sure was glad to get kicked out of that miserable place.

Yes they are !
France is like most of europe now, socialistic and on the verge of communism.
If you visited there, you could even feel the oppression from, lets say, religious freedom !
Its been that way since the 90's and has only gotten worse.
Now, you can see some evidence of that control in commie fornia !
They are trying to control our speech, what we can own, how much of some things we can have in our possession, such as large amounts of cash, prescribed medication, etc.
It doesnt sound true, especially for the U.S.A. but it is, and the left is pushing for it.
If we dont stand against this nonsense, it will take over our country and our lives as we know.

France is not safe from guns. Just this morning a policeman, who got himself swapped for several hostages, was shot and killed. This kind of thing has been going on over and over for several yrs. No matter how many guns are taken away from citizens, the crooks and murderers will always find a way to get guns.
