It should matter to you whether the Latino was legal or not (maybe even a citizen). And if broken English is a guide to whether one is an American or not, then I recommend you take your own advice and self deport.

I haven't seen any Americans burning Mexican flags. Why don't you have some of these people residing with you...and support them so we taxpayers don't have to?

I get upset with illegal aliens burning the American flag on American soil while protesting they're not being given amnesty for breaking the laws of the United States of America. Flags of other nations do not bother me when they are flown at and/or in their proper places and situations.
