Bill Clinton also comes to mind for failure to eliminate Osama bin Laden. Herbert Hoover for The Election Of General Jorge Ubico a dictator of Guatemala. And most certainly, Abraham Lincoln comes to mind.... not for the Civil War but another war, the Dakota War Of 1862. History books will, in 50 years or so make the determination on President Trump, until then.... who knows he just may shock you and when he leaves office in 7 years, your opinion may be swayed by his accomplishments.
