Why get off the fence? In this environment the fence is the place to be, As an Independent I look very carefully at both sides, left as the right have good and bad issues, One of the main problems with people who choose one side just run with the whole agenda ignoring the bad issues, I get to pick and choose the best from both sides as well as the worst and see what fits ...I think its reasonable considering how hard it is to learn the truth on anything, In my opinion the truth lays somewhere in between the popular news networks so I view all sides... I think TV in general is a poor source for the news, they cant even get the weather right, :thumbdown: You want to defend Fox, that's fine, I don't choose to limit myself by buying into that judges bias, The fact that Fox tries to use a bogus judge says a lot just by itself.... I wont bother to get into Glen Becks version of reality... Enjoy your happy meal :thumbup:

This was a Judge who has a clear understanding of Justice and also a clear understanding of the law.
