That is why president Trump has been reversing all his illegal executive actions to mitigate serious damages caused by Obama. He left the country with $19.97 trillion debts, doubling the total debts created by all prior presidents. Lies on BLS presented the rate of unemployment erroneously.

Ladies and gentlemen: Here is how the Obama administration deceptively presented their rate of unemployment.
Due to the BO Care implementation, all companies with 50 or more employees, working 40 hours or more, were required to cover their employs with BO Care. The cost of the medical coverage resulted to businesses overhead costs so high that could not continue an on going operation.

Business solution was this: They reduced number of hours of many employees to 29 hours per week.And then hired more employees to cover the hours that were reduced.

The BLS then counted those newly hired employees as employed, thus lowering the number of unemployed. But in essence the production was the same. Many stupid democrats jumped up and down proclaiming that the unemployment rate of BO was very low. In essence it was 21% if the hours given to the new employees are counted as 40 hours. Most employees had only 29 hours. BLM'S presentation was deceptive.

Results were negative:
Those employees with reduced hours were qualified for Food Stamps, and additional welfare benefits.
Those newly hired employees working 29 hours were similarly qualified for Food Stamps and added welfare benefits.
The victim here are the taxpayers who funded all these added benefits to those hired part time employees.
Food stamps recipients under Mr. Obama was 47 million households. Due to low income, those not paying taxes were 51%.
