Hawaiian rainbows are the BEST. I remember seeing VERY vivid triple rainbows when I lived there.

I'm so glad that you enjoyed your trip it is really wonderful this time of year to get away and have fun it the warm weather and warm beaches and ocean. Did you go whale watching? You can rent kayaks and paddle out from shore to watch the whales. We would watch from shore and determine where we wanted to go and then paddle out about a mile or two and watch the mothers and calves frolic in the water. Sometimes they would be close to shore and other times out quite some distance. Look forward to your pictures and oh by the way how is your sunburn doing?

We saw many whales running about the ship while going to all the Islands.. Beautiful they are but always far enough way you couldn’t photograph them too well.. I’ll send you a couple pics of them...
the sunburn is now a cherry brown tanning.. They aren’t going to like that in Colorado ~~ lololl

Double were prevalent didn’t see a triple tho..

Their sunsets also breathtaking...

There was one area on Maui where the whales came in to calve and the beaches there are nice and sandy and they have a gradual taper to them so it is easy to enter and exit from the ocean there as well. They also have boats that go out and watch the whales as well. I don't know how the cruise ships work as far as things like this to do.
