As usual almost all of the republican responses are mindless babbling and false accusations, they truly belong in Trump's shadow.

For what its worth, your assertion is correct. When McConnell played racist games for the Supreme Court selection and intensified the situation by removing the traditional 60 vote requirement he destroyed the rule of law in America because the law is now decided along partisan lines. It was a stupid and corrupt move with consequences that will echo through the rest of our history, such as we will have anyway.

It leaves a very serious question for all of us as we face the future, who can trust the law now?
