What channel is it on?
Who produces it?
Who are the main characters?
Has it won any artistic awards?
Are you really that dense?
I would say General Hospital on ABC

Very apropo! Congress is mostly populated with Clowns, the sinister kind that scare the bejeepers out of everyone.

In as much as this is a British soap which has never had zany exposure in this country I will have to agree with the others. It may have an extremely long life in england but everybody knows their hunmopr and popular fads surpass understanding to the rest of the world. So a record of this sort, in the English homeland, is more indictative of the Brits tolerance for strange stuff than the quality of the program.
The only soap opera I ever followed was Gunsmoke, first on the radio and then on television. Of course that was more horse opera than soap opera. Which reminds me, I misspoke it was two of these programs because I also watched the program called "Soap".
