They have no legal standing to go into any country .. All they have is a signed treaty agreement that is unenforceable period.. especially if it violates our Constitutional or laws..
Just as the signing of Kerry on the gun treaty agreement Bo pushed, not worth the paper written on !! It violates our second amendment and is therefore unenforceable..
