Reagan took three years to push through his full tax cut with dozens of hearing held on it. Todays conservatives haven't had one hearing and are trying to push through in a couple months what every independent review has called an atrocity. So why the hurry? Isn't the good of the country more important than appearance of success?

Yes but what happens when the people it screws figure it out before the mid terms,and for sure 2020?
