The most galling of all is that corporations are still allowed to deduct State and Local taxes, but we as individuals are not.
We get to be taxed on our taxes, but such a silly requirement is not made of corporations.

That idea is a marketing ploy, PR.
There's nothing to indicate that corporations will do anything but pocket the windfall, most likely in the form of stock buybacks and dividends to pass on to their shareholders.
It would make me very happy indeed if the tax cut created jobs and wealth for the working class.
Unfortunately, corporations' sole purpose is to make money for their shareholders, and shareholders generally want their profits now as opposed to later.
Tax cuts to corporations are the perfect vehicle for that.
