I couldn't find a complete copy of the original. The reported title of the original, "How Murderer Charles Manson And Donald Trump Used Language To Gain Followers”, certainly is click bait, I not sure the listed quotes from the original justify your statement, "the Left is claiming that Charles Manson is all about Donald Trump".

I assume you are not talking about ALL Trump followers. Some (many?) seem to see him as a lesser of evils. Some (many?) seem to view him as a means to achieving other goals (e.g. ending net neutrality, removing consumer protection regulations, reducing corporate and upper income taxes, etc.).
