Your mindless paranoia is apparent. Calm down, sleep with a night light, get a teddy bear, and take a nap.

Your constant references to psychological jargon tells us you have been under the care of mental health practitioners. (The patients know the lingo as well as the psychologist.) You remind me of a book I read, and is still in my library, called "Psychological Seduction" written by a psychologist. He noted that one could take a moderate sized town and send in 50 new general practitioner family physicians. In a relative short period of time the general overall health of the community would improve and cost would diminish due to competition. On the other hand, he noted if that same town received 50 new practicing psychologist in six months to a year they'd be calling for 50 more. Without having to explain it to you do you understand what he was implying? Might I suggest in the future you follow the axiom that it is better to keep your mouth shut and be thought a fool than to open it and remove all doubt?

padre, you hit the nail on the head on Glaucon/Straight Shooter

BTW; there are those that haven't figured out that Straight Shooter is Glaucon, and that she went back on her word about not returning.
She was probably in purgatory; but there was no character improvement. No repentance.

and; What a choice of a name "Straight shooter". Ironic.

You say you read a book and I admire that. However, there are other books out there that might push other propaganda. Don't just grab onto a book as the truth just because it supports some of your biases and prejudices. when you post stuff like this it makes you sound like a person who has no shit detector and is very convince of any silly nonsense if it makes them feel good. what if a moderate sized town had fifty right wing loonies like you move into their town? Think about that.....dawlin.

Why are you obsessed with the name of the correct person and, at the same time, deaf to the message that person offers you ? Nit on, my friend.

Look up the meaning of the word Ironic.
Some people believe Shakespeare didn't write the great work attributed to him, but were written by Marlow. I think Straight Shooter may actually be Clark Kent who is really Superman. I guess it could be.

What message do you offer? And why should anyone listen to any message from a liar, and deciever?

Yep, you're convincing. We are indeed discharging into a nonconductor. And from the multitude of negative responses you receive, I'd say the conservatives on this forum do not need to turn on their "detectors": a disagreeable effluvium surrounds you like the thunderstorm perpetually over the head of Joe Blitzfit!

There are a lot of us on OPP. To be an extremist as defined by the left we have to believe in right and wrong, we have to work hard and take responsibility for our own lives, we have to understand that the Constitution is not a living document that can be changed by a whim or mean what ever we want it to mean, nothing more nothing less, and believe in God and try to follow His commandments

We can never overestimate the ability of humans to deceive themselves. When you try so hard to change your lack of reason, compassion, and empathy to some kind of Christ=like delusional persona, it makes me sorry for you and the entire human race. Self delude on, my friend.
