These people have just been giving the Vikings a bum rap, I have to defend my ancestors for they might have slaughtered from the far end of Russia putting the Kazaks in their place, across the Scottish highlands, down across Europe and even into the North of Africa handing the Muslim pirates their first big lost, hell they even did it here in the Americas. Most of the time they were hired to do the job and okay they enjoyed the carnage, but they never sacrificed babies or smashed the woman's genitals. When they did a job they usually moved out and went home, not stay there so that they could rule over it's populous Their presents was brutal, but fast and short lived, and yes they believed in keeping the fruits of their labors, but that was all part of it when you might die at any time.
