This is where I lived during my formative teen-age years:

Known as the largest cobblestone building in the world; the stones were carted from canyon rivers during the late 19th century. Vlad asked me: "Are you a product of the West, Carol? The American West?" "And proud of it", I anwered.

Here's a building in the town where Vladimir Putin grew up:

I like the stone building. Too much to vacuum in Putin's house!

Though the Winter Palace is beautiful, it doesn't seem to have the same "hardiness" of the grey cobble-stone Armory.

Well, I guess you understood what I meant, 'cause I have no idea. And which is the "good thing"?

I was thinking of the hardiness of paneling versus stone.

A weak attempt at being obtuse.

A palace is always a statement to the subjects it's occupants rule; a message to ones enemies.

Our capital and capital city was designed to intimidate.

Your armory, that's where the strength to back that message up is stored.

Interesting comment. "The strength to back that message up..." I'm still thinking about it.

As in: "What I do, I do it for you."

It took a while, but yes, you are exactly right.

Even just under our consciousness, we send messages.

Yes, I'd say that is true.

Maybe someday the world will understand. Too early yet, probably.

It is, for all too many. They're still ruled by what the mob dictates.

That's true I agree but anarchy is not the answer, I know that you know that and I want to put you first because America should be KiraSeer for President, however the point I'm making is that formality is the ability of an individual to be bought, commitment is a price that the individual has to pay if a ticket to allurement is sought after, thanks for replying, if I could I'd print it out and take it home with me.
