It's way too early yet. She was a shoe-in back in '06 too. This data, to me, is not good news for her. Sure, Hillary Clinton would be perfect in the position and is really popular now, but as 2016 approaches, she will be stale and difficult to encourage the main street vote. Main street will be interested in someone new with fresh ideas with a charisma that is opposite of Obama. I remember how she excelled in the primary debates with the best knowledge of domestic and foreign policies. Her knowledge and capability ultimately was second fiddle to the excitement of Barack Obama who had opposed the Iraq war and was passionate yet reserved in other divisive policy. Her best chance is to stay out of it until the last minute - - maybe have a reasonable excuse not to run and then five months before the primary, all of a sudden be available to run for office.

The powers that pull the strings in this country have come to feel that angry White males have done enough damage to this country & it will be at least one reasonable female in the running for president in 2016.

Ok Floyd, so you're supporting an angry white female? Your hypocrisy is blatantly obvious.

Excellent point how half the vote out there is not male and the strings know how to pull on that demographic.

Please refer to the President of the United States of America by his proper name He is your President and useing an expletive instead of his name hurts us as a country. Be a patriot. You don't have to agree with President Obama just show some respect in regards to his name.

I have treated him with far more respect than he has treated those who dare to disagree with him. Anyone who sends his regulators to punish his opponents deserves no respect.

Don't know what I am talking about? Sending the IRS, OSHA, and the FBI to see Tea Party organizers should be enough for even you to disrespect this President.

We had a look at what was in store back in 2008.

A black man & a white woman. Was there something extra about that. Did the string pullers favor Obama over Hilary?

Why did the Right put a woman on the ballot? They didn't pick the best one though. Even if the Right finds a good woman to run. Their record on women's rights is weak.

When the strings get pulled the winners know who they have to please. Those in power win no matter. I say that they are trying to say something.

They have given us Lots of angry White men & now a black man & if they have their way a Woman. They will say you can elect who ever we give you to vote for but we will still get what ever we want.

You ar right about one thing. We don't have much choices when elections come up. A lot of people choose the lesser of two evils.

And that is the dilemma that TP folks and their sympathizers face...Do I vote for the Republican who says he's for limiting the power of the federal government while campaigning and does exactly the opposite once elected, or tell him to f*** off, let his sorry ass lose and hand victory to the Democrats who seem hell bent on socializing as much of the American dream as they can shove down our throats? Since the Republican party, or at least the Establishment Republican party has abandoned the Constitution and the Democrats no longer even pretend it's relevant, this American will vote for any third party person who holds to Constitutional principles and the results be damned.

Well Dave if you wish to see a Republican President You & yours should stop knocking Hilary & get together & give the country someone that could win.

Or will you come to see that who we get to vote for is chosen
by the media & those that control the media.

Or to put it another way. The winner is the one with the best media coverage.

At this time Hilary has the lead.

Is she really the best the Democrats can come up with? They are going to run a retread. Is there no one else. Wow..and they talk about Republicans.

I give him the respect in name only. It's like saluting an officer in the military, it's the rank, not the person. If the president would respect the constitution, he just might garner more respect from all Americans.

If he respected those of us who disagree with his Socialist policies and trashing of the Constitution, instead of referring to us as "extremists" the conversation might improve.

It may take an election cycle or two before the Republicans put 2 and 2 together. Obviously they aren't the sharpest tools in the shed.

Sometimes a battle must be lost to win a war. Hopefully the Republicans will find their souls again and give us a reason to vote for them.

By which time recovery from the abysmal condition of our heretofore freedoms may be beyond saving. :hunf:
