It's way too early yet. She was a shoe-in back in '06 too. This data, to me, is not good news for her. Sure, Hillary Clinton would be perfect in the position and is really popular now, but as 2016 approaches, she will be stale and difficult to encourage the main street vote. Main street will be interested in someone new with fresh ideas with a charisma that is opposite of Obama. I remember how she excelled in the primary debates with the best knowledge of domestic and foreign policies. Her knowledge and capability ultimately was second fiddle to the excitement of Barack Obama who had opposed the Iraq war and was passionate yet reserved in other divisive policy. Her best chance is to stay out of it until the last minute - - maybe have a reasonable excuse not to run and then five months before the primary, all of a sudden be available to run for office.

CNN and ORC ( phone survey pollsters) revealed the results of Feb. 3, 2014 for projected 2016 match-ups.

The Results:

Clinton 57% Jeb Bush 39%
Clinton 55% Christie 39%
Clinton 57% Rand Paul 39%
Clinton 56% Huckabee 39%
Clinton 55% Ryan 40%

CNN chose not to include the Canadian born Ted Cruz in its match-ups.

Looks like another Republican failure. They are just not making angry white conservative males as fast as they used to.

Yes they care about U.S. citizens. It's on a graduating basis however. The more money you donate to their campaigns, the more graduated you are up their care scale!

You ar right about one thing. We don't have much choices when elections come up. A lot of people choose the lesser of two evils.

You, my friend, and many others who voted this man into office, have been taken in by a slick con man. Period. You fell for it. He told you all the things you're itching ears wanted to hear. Peace on earth. Pristine environment. Open borders. Income equality. The usual utopian bullshit. I have bad news for you: THE WORLD WILL NEVER BE AS YOU ENVISION IT. Human nature always, always, always trumps idealism. About the best we can do is make folks responsible for their own lives and their own mistakes. Fortunately, not all the people who voted Obama into office are as adamant about saving face. Some are dimly becoming aware that they have been had. Here is a good quote from Mark Twain:

"It is easier to fool a man than to convince him that he's been fooled."

Do I think Romney would have done better? Hard to say. Maybe a little. He's as much an Establishment progressive as anyone. Those of us who believe our Constitution gave us the greatest government possible in a fallen world have very little to choose from.

Actually, you were born in the representative "Republic" of the U.S, and not the socialist Democracy of the U.S.
I agree that choosing one party or another just exacerbates the problems, and fixes zilch. That's why I choose to be an Independent, and will be until I die. If you truly feel it's "America first", learn and proliferate the constitution of the U.S.A.

I give him the respect in name only. It's like saluting an officer in the military, it's the rank, not the person. If the president would respect the constitution, he just might garner more respect from all Americans.

From my perspective, Tea Party supporters are just every-day average Americans, wanting to bring accountability and responsibility back to government. The average politician goes brain-dead once they get inside the belt-way, and have little regard for their constituents until it's election time. If they would spend more time in their respective home districts and less in Washington D.C., they'd have a much better understanding of what's going on in the lives of average Americans.

There are not records of a Mr Barack Hussein Obama, but there are records of a Mr Barry Soetoro. I will never call Obama my President. Maybe he should just tell us the truth for once.

Yes and that is the way it was designed 238 years ago. It has not been that way for some time. Does the term citizen servant ring a bell? That's the way it is supposed to be. They are only to stay in Washington just until the legislative session is through. They are then to return home and take care of their work and businesses. To be close to their constituents and see the problems they face.
Today with all of the corruption and lobbying these people have become career politicians. That is the main reason why our government has become so pathetic. We need term limits or we need honorable men and women to limit their terms and let someone else take over. The longer these "people" stay in Washington the more out of touch and corrupt they become.

Well Dave if you wish to see a Republican President You & yours should stop knocking Hilary & get together & give the country someone that could win.

Or will you come to see that who we get to vote for is chosen
by the media & those that control the media.

Or to put it another way. The winner is the one with the best media coverage.

At this time Hilary has the lead.

LOL... "They are just not making angry white conservative males as fast as they used to." What a totally ignorant, racist comment, no matter what color you are. Try educating yourself, then maybe you'll be able make intelligent comments vs. ignorant rants.

Someone needs to "knock" Hillary... God knows the mainstream media won't! If pointing out her failure (in her words) "to answer the 3am phone call" (Benghazi) is considered knocking her, well KNOCK KNOCK KNOCK, nobody's home.
