The gov't. gave $300 million without taking any bids to Whitefish Elect. to restore the power grid in Puerto Rico, a tiny company with 2 employees in the hometown of the Interior Secretary in Montana. The Sec.'s son worked for that company part time. Interesting enough, when the hurricane struck PR, the 2-employee Whitefish Co. immediately hired 300 more workers.
