That was our anniversary dinner while my wife was alive. I would fix live lobsters by boiling them in water and then we would have au gratin potatoes and a salad with a black walnut vinaigrette dressing and beverage of your choice. That has ended now and I hardly ever get lobster now that I live on SSI. I will have to look for a sale on them this year.
