Dear Nationalist Patriot,

The Washington Post is reporting that House Speaker Paul Ryan is meeting with Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi and the heads of several pro-amnesty Congressional caucuses this afternoon (Wednesday) to discuss a path forward on DACA.

Please contact Speaker Ryan ahead of this afternoon's meeting and tell him that you oppose a DACA amnesty!

Yesterday, The Hill published an op-ed written by Roy explaining why passing a DACA amnesty alone will only serve as an incentive for more illegal immigration and how current federal law will multiply the amnesty through chain migration.

A primary reason most of the hundreds of thousands of young-adult Dreamers have grown from childhood to adulthood while illegally in this country is that outlaw employers have been allowed to hire the Dreamers' parents throughout their childhood...

Current law --

through its extended-family chain migration categories -- offers even more temptation for parents of other nations to create the Dreamer dilemma for their own children if they believe DACA-type amnesties may become available.

As soon as amnestied illegal immigrants become U.S. citizens, current law allows them to petition for their parents to also obtain lifetime work permits and permanent residency. In such a case, the sins of the parents not only won't be visited upon the children, they won't fall upon the parents, either.

-- NumbersUSA President Roy Beck, The Hill, Sept. 12, 2017

Pres. Trump promised throughout the campaign to put American workers first, but the White House has sent mixed signals in recent weeks.

Just last month, Pres. Trump stood with Senators Tom Cotton and David Perdue and endorsed their RAISE Act, which would end chain migration and the visa lottery and transform employment-based green cards to a merit-based system. Pres. Trump said this legislation would help raise the wages for American workers by reducing low-skilled immigration.

Then, just last week, he finally fulfilled his promise to the voters when his administration announced an end to Pres. Obama's unconstitutional DACA executive amnesty. In his statement to the press, Pres. Trump, again, highlighted his support for the RAISE Act.

But just yesterday, the White House Director of Legislative Affairs Marc Short told reporters that passing a DACA amnesty is a top priority for the White House even if it means passing on other immigration-related legislative priorities.

Given these mixed messages, Speaker Ryan must hear from the voters who helped elect Trump to the White House because of his pro-American worker positions on immigration. Should Congress pass a DACA amnesty and Pres. Trump sign it into law, it would be a slap in the face to the millions of Americans who voted for him.

Please contact Speaker Ryan ahead of this afternoon's meeting and tell him that you oppose a DACA amnesty!

What I wrote:

So called Dreamers were brought here as children and shouldn't be accused of any wrong doing. But when they reached 18 they were no longer children and responsible for their actions. They chose to break our Immigration laws just like their parents. To now give them permanent residency and the right to work or even amnesty is a slap in the face of every immigrant who came here legally.

Our last president had no legal right to create DACA by his own admission. President Trump is right in giving them a temporary extension on this illegal DACA program so Congress can address the issue. The only correct solution is to send them back to their country of origin.

Those that leave voluntarily within a year of passing a law to that effect should be given the right to petition America through our embassies as any one trying to come to America as a legal immigrant. At that time, their record in America can be considered. Law breakers are out. Good students and workers are in. Speaking English fluently helps. But if allowed back into America as legal immigrants, they can never sponsor their parents, the original law breakers as immigrants. They are forbidden forever in exchange for their kids getting a chance.

If the parents go back with them, their parents might be given the chance for occasional visitation visas should their kids attain citizenship legally.

After a year, those that we find will be deported, DNA taken, and they will never be allowed even visitation. The same for their parents.

This is the only real just solution. Do not, for God's sake, do not give into the Democrats and their blackmail. Their only real skin in the game is voters and these dreamers will vote democrat in over whelming numbers, no matter who leads this legislation, or any legislation, or signs it into law.

Dreamers disobeyed our laws and as such, they don't deserve a reward.

I would urge every right thinking person in America to copy this and send it to Paul Ryan and their every Republican legislator in their state as soon as possible. Save America from this criminal invasion.

I think you missed my point. All, workers, students, freeloaders, get out. I was referring to those that have proven to be good workers while here, can have that used in the application process to come back to America, if/when they apply at the American embassy in their home country. It would be nothing more then a point of consideration when applying to immigrate the legal way and of course, within our limitations for new immigrants and such quotas as necessary for our own controls. Since we paid to educate them, it might be in our interest to cherry pick the best for immigration status if/when they apply back home. But they have to go home and actually reside in their home country first.

You've said your opinion and I've said mine. We mostly agree that they have to go. I only offer some a chance to come back LEGALLY after time and our limited conditions. Meanwhile, lets work together to end DACA and get them out of here.
