There is already a thread where Sessions says that seizing American property, innocent or guilty, he "loves." Screw innocent until proven guilty is plain between the lines! We are guaranteed protection against search and seizure: our nation fought a war with the British over this and other points. Sessions does not just ignore that point, he celebrates its demise. Republican or Democrat, depending on who is in office, for the nation or state, you can be targeted for Civil forfeiture--with no legal recourse. Your house and business, all your wise investments, surrendered to the government without proof of a crime or a trial. He loves this! I have another point.

Sessions wants to overturn, or has, an Obama regulation phasing out the infamous for-profit prisons and mandatory sentencing for certain drug crimes. Privatize incarceration. You see the problem? The many abuses of such a system has been noted. Civil servants, like the DA and judges, invest in these for-profit Prisons. First offense, A student, applying for Harvard but got caught with an ounce of weed: under this system, he does five years. That is not justice! America's principles cannot accept privatized prisons! For profit-anything always ignores people, we the people, for their bottom line. Charter schools are the same.

Most libs do not like the Charter school environment because it doesn't promote that independant towards your government for everything.. More about academic success and independant growth than what the public schools are about..Imagine that~~
