OK, "what he has done". He has ruined America, ignored the Constitution he has sworn (twice) to defend, added $8trillion to the National Debt, has never once actually Compromised, and is now promising to Rule by Executive Order (as would the dictator that he is). That is to name only a few.

Just read the daily posts right here on OPP, some are really disgusting, but NEVER,EVER, with any hint of racist overtones.

And perhaps YOU should focus on what he has done and wants to do. And think about why he is being obstructed

That would suggest a Republican economic advantage, but some data show that Democrats have also fended well for themselves. As a U.S. News analysis showed in 2012, Democrats have presided over more job creation and more equity growth than Republicans over the last 50 years.

When you say "presided over" are you referring to the party of the President or Congress?

Facts, truth and reality tend to elude you. So stay with the talking points that you are able to parrot so well from the rightwing media sources

Hey, which of these, Bo, are less than true? Other than the first, " He has ruined America" which is a qualitative judgement on my part alone, Which do you see as parroting?

OK, we get it already. However, I don't think what you want to see is ever going to happen. This is a political forum, and pissing contests are the norm, for better or worse.

I've heard the "ruined America" bit in various forms quite frequently. I'm still waiting on the explanation.

Ignored the Constitution how? Executive orders? They've been issued by Presidents before and at a higher frequency. If it wasn't treasonous before, it's not treasonous now.

You can't subtract from the debt while you still have a deficit. The deficit has been slashed in half of what it was when the previous administration left. The debt will continue to rise until we generate a surplus.

The ACA was a compromised bill that started with the Republican's plans for healthcare in 1993. http://healthcarereform.procon.org/view.resource.php?resourceID=004182
If most liberals had their way, it would have been single payer.

Pissing contests may be the norm, but that doesn't mean it should be accepted.

To say past Presidents got away with it, so Obama should too, is totally stupid. Two wrongs do not make a right. Now if you want to prosecute Obama for Treason and past Presidents have done the same thing, then put them on trial too.

As to what has Obama done to be impeached, how about this list.
1. Fraud. He forged his birth certificate.
2. Fraud. He had enough fraud in the last election to swing the election over to him.
3. Bengasi. He ordered the military to stand down after repeated calls for help.
4. Fast and furious. Unlawful dealing in guns sales.
5. Usurping powers. He has gone around Congress in making laws, or refusing to enforce laws.
6. Usurping powers again. Attacking countries in the Middle East without the consent of Congress.
7. Usurping powers again. Sending troops under the UN without Congress authorizing it.
8. Lying. He is constantly lying to Congress and the American people.
9. Failing to follow the Constitution with regard to spending.
10. Treason. Giving millions to known terrorist organizations.

I can go on, but yo get the idea. This man is so wrong on so many levels and down right criminal in his actions he should have been impeached a long time ago. Now some of you say he has not done anything to be impeached for. Well, I hate to tell you this, but Congress can impeach a President for ANYTHING if they really want to.
"Throughout The Federalist Papers, it is stated that impeachment is for “political offenses”."
"A President may – and should – be impeached & removed for usurpations of power, mismanagement, incompetence, or for any other reason deemed sufficient by Congress."
Now, should Congress decide to impeach Obama, they have ample reasons to do so. Just because some Progressives don't like the idea that "THEIR MAN" is being impeached does not have any standing. It is not how you feel about it, but how Congress feels about it.

Well I'm not a racist and by no means understand how people can continue to not see what's going on. If we let all of those idiots keep going were all screwed. The facts are there potus along with congress are taking away our rights more and more each day. They are driving this country into bankruptcy and the only reason the bottom hasn't fell out is because the government can borrow. All of them are like addicts ehrn it comes to spending. I want to ask everyone even liberals if you have commone sense and can do basic math what happens when these countries refuse to loan us money? I mean really what will all those money spending addicts going to do and I don't give a crap but I do care about the ones who need help. Now I don't give a crap about the ones who fraud the system one little bit and believe me its billions every year. Now if they are not citizens and caught send them back and if they are jail time. The fakes and phonys on ssi, food stamps , medicaid and claim other people kids to get a huge tax refund needs to go to jail period. They are robbing those who really need help and making those idiots cut the budgets instead of fixing fraud and abuse and you know why they won't fix it because it is buying votes for liberals. If you can't see what's going on and if you live in the real world then your a full blown idiot. I bet you know people who are scamming the system and robbing the real poor. You don't get how many kids go without because their idiot parents sell their food stamps for booze and drugs but its not moral to drug test. As far as I'm concerned your helping to promote child abuse. If their honest and need help then there would be no need to worry about a drug test would there. Wake up and leave the liberal kool aid alone its melting your brain.

Of course you are so right. Calling the president a Kenyan, muslim, communist socialist, chimpanzee, could never be considered to be racist in any way.

Well, the best news of the week (or even the month) is that someone on Capitol Hill still has a spine.

When Rep. Steve Stockman got up and walked out of the president's State of the Union address on Tuesday night, I rejoiced. Finally, someone has decided that enough is enough!

Stockman apparently couldn't make it through the entire speech without losing his temper. He's mad that President Obama is rewriting the U.S. Constitution, and he has every right to be.

Here's what Stockman had to say:

"Tonight I left early after hearing how the president is further abusing his Constitutional powers. I could not bear to watch as he continued to cross the clearly defined boundaries of the Constitutional separation of powers.

"Even worse, Obama has openly vowed to break his oath of office and begin enacting his own brand of law through executive decree. This is a wholesale violation of his oath of office and a disqualifying offense."

Stockman didn't stop there, either.

He went on to proclaim: "I'm considering filing Articles of Impeachment against Barack Obama."

Now we're talking!

The nation is tired of the Republican leadership's complacency and the "let's all get along" culture that's endemic among politicians. And finally, it appears that someone on the Hill agrees.

Instead of acting like nothing is wrong, Stockman is speaking the frustration of millions of Americans, citizens who are sickened by their selfish, do-nothing leaders who only care about getting re-elected at all costs.

Recent polls show that just 31% of Americans believe that the country is better off now than in 2009, when Obama was sworn in. And a new Rasmussen poll reported that 69% of likely voters believe that the president should work with Congress, while only 27% believe that the president should go around Congress.

A CNN snap poll conducted among State of the Union viewers found similar results: 67% said that they wanted Obama to compromise with Congress, while just 30% said that they preferred for him to act on his own.

Stockman told NPR that "acting unilaterally, without Congress, is not the concept of what our Founding Fathers envisioned. And I had hoped [Obama] would reach across the aisles and - especially in his final years - make a difference."

Meanwhile, the rest of the Republican leadership would be smart to follow Stockman's lead. Impeachment should be on the docket - it's what the American people want. On top of that, the process is long overdue. To recap:

1. Obama's administration has trafficked guns to Mexican drug cartels.
2. Obama's administration ignored calls for help from numerous Americans in Benghazi, including Ambassador Chris Stevens, resulting in their deaths.
3. Obama's administration has unilaterally rewritten bankruptcy laws and stripped investors in GM bonds, including a teacher's pension fund, of property rights.
4. Obama illegally bombed Libya without Congressional authorization.
5. Obama unilaterally rewrote the Affordable Care Act, exempting chosen businesses, unions and Congress from the effects of the law.
6. And now he plans to usurp the powers of Congress and govern by decree. I truly wonder how much more these other Republicans can stomach before they join the calls for impeachment, too.

Well, the best news of the week (or even the month... (show quote)

Obama has done everything that is in his favor. It's time he does something to benefit the Whites.... While this 'knockout' game of the blacks soars, he remains quiet... like all News people... except Fox... So that tells me Obama and his idiot wife enjoy the Blacks knocking out the whites while most of the Country cries... He was quick to blast that white policeman when he grabbed that black home owner for going in his own house though... but the black thugs of this country and their knock outs where they even kill some of the whites by bopping them upside the head... and laughing about it...

Now. I read where Shabazz, creep that he is... said it's a sort of mental illeness for the blacks from the times of centuries ago of slavery.... yeah.. right... Even the police are silent about this too... Why??? I have no idea unless it's cause the police are Union and they are for Obama... so they dont want to get involved in black on white crime... regardless of the killings or so called knockout games they play..

The fact of the matter is... the blacks through the years of jealousy in looks and intelligence, have hated the whites and will continue to hate the whites. I just read where they are stopping allowing gifted students to win something.. forgot.. cause it offended the blacks since they were not as smart.... Whooppeeee.... like it's the fault of the whites who produced their own brains... Blacks dont stay in school anyway... yet the media et al, still defend them...

Talk is cheap, but I suppose this exercise is an excellent example of a waste of time. Our government seems to excel at it.

And even if it gets out of the house, the process requires a 2/3rds super majority in the senate to convict and remove. That puts this fantasy into the category of pigs flying...or wanting a pony for Christmas.

Best of luck to Mr. Stockman. No doubt it will fail due to some international conspiracy perpetrated by the gay, Kenyan, Muslim brotherhood of bitcoin dealers. Or maybe agenda 21? Or maybe Hillary Clinton is the real driver here. What better way to pin all the blame for everything on someone else as she walks into the White House again. Yup...my money is on Hillary...that nasty so and so. I knew it!
